Job summary

Fisher-Titus is seeking a Medical Assistant for Sandusky Rheumatology to support daily patient intake, charting, and routine procedures. This full-time, on-site role involves front-desk tasks, assisting providers, and ensuring accurate records in the EHR system.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma and CCMA/CMA/RMA certification with CPR, and will join a team dedicated to compassionate, efficient care for the community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CCMA, CMA or RMA certification required.
• Certification CPR required.
• Registered Medical Assistant certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at check-in and verify demographics.
• Input patient information and manage scheduling of follow-up tests.
• Assist physicians with procedures and enter procedures into the medical record.
• Document interventions and patient responses in the chart day of visit.
• Maintain infection control and room cleanliness between patients.
