• Documents patient history, charts, collects specimens, and relays instructions to patients.
• Performs patient screening, documents history, reconciles medications, and obtains vitals.
• Assists doctor with exams and office procedures as needed.
• Supports office coordinator with phones, scheduling, and other admin duties.
• Manages and updates patient records and referrals/ prior authorizations.
• Maintains inventory and restocks clinical supplies; obtain authorizations and book surgeries.
