Griffin Health in Derby, Connecticut, seeks a Medical Assistant to support front-line patient care in a hospital-based setting. You will prepare exam rooms, document patient histories and vitals, and assist clinicians during office visits.
The role requires strong patient-service skills, experience with electronic medical records, and the ability to multitask in a busy outpatient environment. Ideally, you will have a Medical Office Assistant diploma and a high school diploma or GED.

EDUCATION:High School Diploma or GED. Graduate of recognized Medical Assistant/ Medical Office Assistant diploma program preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
High School or better.
Experience working in a surgical office strongly preferred.Must possess strong customer service skills and must be able to multi-task.Experience with electronic medical records is required.
