Job summary

AbbVie seeks an experienced District Manager to drive in-field sales activity and market leadership across Las Vegas, Fresno, and Santa Barbara. You will coordinate teams, deliver performance targets, and represent AbbVie with strong knowledge of product and disease areas to shape regional strategies.

The role requires coaching talent, partnering with cross-functional teams, and maintaining HCIR credentialing compliance within assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent industry experience.
• 4+ years pharmaceutical sales management experience.
• Ability to lead district and deliver performance.
• Ability to obtain HCIR credentialing.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-field activity to achieve results and maximize market, segment, and team dynamics.
• Ensure smooth, collaborative day-to-day and long-term business execution.
• Present market and franchise perspectives when guiding teams and leading in-field meetings.
• Coach and develop direct and indirect team members to raise performance.
• Provide direction to internal partners in business planning and demonstrate AbbVie Ways of Working.
