Job summary

Advanced Rheumatology of Houston is looking for an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to manage clinical trials in The Woodlands, Texas. This role involves coordinating studies focused on autoimmune conditions in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will require 2–3 years of clinical research coordination experience and a strong understanding of GCP and FDA regulations. The position offers competitive salary and benefits in a supportive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of clinical research coordination experience required.
Experience in rheumatology or autoimmune disease studies strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial processes.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trials from startup through closeout.
Screen, recruit, and consent eligible patients for research studies.
Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Collect, document, and maintain accurate study data and source documentation.
Serve as liaison between investigators, sponsors, CROs, and regulatory bodies.
Schedule and conduct study visits, including patient education and follow-up.
Maintain IRB submissions, regulatory binders, and study documentation.
Assist with monitoring visits, audits, and data queries.
