Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. in California is seeking a Rheumatologist to diagnose, treat and manage autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, osteoarthritis, gout and osteoporosis.

You will collaborate with primary care, specialty and interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely access, coordinated care and high-quality patient outcomes. A California license, MD/DO and Rheumatology fellowship are required; board eligibility or certification is

Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree.
Residency in Internal Medicine or Pediatrics with Rheumatology fellowship.
California medical license with board certification in Rheumatology or board eligible.
DEA registration and controlled substance certification.
Experience with biologic therapies and infusion management.
Current BLS or higher certification.
Experience with Electronic Medical Records systems.
