Job summary

IMP Locum Tenens, LLC seeks a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join an outpatient clinic at a non-profit Critical Access Hospital in Blackfoot, ID. The role offers a flexible outpatient schedule with 4/10s or 5/8s and collaboration with a robust care team.

Main duties include managing rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, lupus, and other inflammatory diseases, with access to infusion and imaging resources. Competitive benefits accompany a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Rheumatology.
• Eligible for Idaho medical licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• Outpatient rheumatology experience preferred; open to new graduates.
• Proficiency with EMR systems; ability to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-spectrum outpatient Rheumatology care in a mission-driven setting.
• Manage inflammatory, autoimmune, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
• Collaborate with internal medicine, orthopedics, pain management, imaging, and infusion teams.
• Utilize on-site infusion services and advanced imaging resources.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality initiatives and support program growth with leadership.
