Job summary

Kintegra Health in Gastonia, NC seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Rheumatologist to build and lead a new rheumatology service line and infusion centers. You will shape clinical operations, patient care delivery, and access to care for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.

The ideal candidate will drive program development, collaborate with primary care and specialists, and lead a growing service line to meet community needs. Immigration sponsorship (J-1 Visa) is available for qualified physicians.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Rheumatology preferred.
• Current or eligible for North Carolina MD or DO licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Engage in patient-centered care for rheumatology patients.
• Provide medical evaluation, treatment, and consultation services.
• Supervise advanced practice providers and delegate authority as appropriate.
• Plan and grow rheumatology services within the organization, including infusion centers.
• Ensure documentation, regulatory compliance, and coordination of care across sites.
