Job summary

Hartford HealthCare seeks a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join our team of rheumatologists and advanced practice providers across Connecticut. Based in Norwich, CT, you’ll work within a large network with substantial internal referrals and teaching opportunities.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, on‑site musculoskeletal ultrasound, and opportunities for involvement in research and academic teaching. You’ll have access to Hartford Hospital and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• MD degree required and board eligible or certified in rheumatology.
• ACGME-accredited rheumatology fellowship completed.
• Licensed or eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Satisfying Monday through Friday schedule.
• Point-of-care musculoskeletal ultrasound available at clinical sites.
• Opportunity for some involvement in research.
• Faculty academic appointing and teaching opportunities.
• Robust referral stream.
• Access to and support from Hartford Hospital, the tertiary care center for the system.
