Ashton North LLC is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatologist to join a collaborative regional network in Mattoon, IL. The role offers a flexible schedule, with options for a traditional Monday–Friday or a condensed 4-day work week, all within a well-organized clinical hub.

The practice emphasizes comprehensive autoimmune and musculoskeletal care, with dedicated APP support and a focus on work-life balance. Compensation includes base salary with production bonuses and incentives.

Formación

• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Rheumatology fellowship after internal medicine residency.
• Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology.
• Active Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Strong interpersonal and team-based care skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative rheumatologic care for autoimmune and musculoskeletal diseases.
• Coordinate patient care across an established regional network.
• Collaborate within a team-based care model with physicians and APPs.
• Offer flexible scheduling options from traditional 5-day weeks to 4-day work weeks.
• Manage minor clinical call duties and review critical patient labs as needed.
• Maintain thorough electronic medical records for all encounters and infusions.
