Job summary

Henderson Group seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Rheumatologist to join a regional network anchored in Mattoon, Illinois. The role offers full-time engagement with flexible scheduling, from traditional 5-day weeks to a condensed 4-day option, and a base compensation of $350,000 per year plus production incentives.

You’ll work with an established team, including mid-level providers, in a collaborative practice designed for work-life balance, with comprehensive benefits and relocation support

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completed Internal Medicine Residency followed by Rheumatology Fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology.

Responsibilities

• Provide rheumatologic care for autoimmune and musculoskeletal diseases.
• Coordinate patient care across a regional network.
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs in a team-based model.
• Offer flexible scheduling from 5-day weeks to 4-day condensed weeks.
• Manage minor clinical call duties and maintain EMR documentation.
