Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a full-time Rheumatologist to join an outpatient practice just southwest of Indianapolis. The role is 100% outpatient with a broad rheumatology case mix and a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule, based on a 4.5-day workweek.

Compensation includes a base salary of $300,000 and up, productivity incentive, sign-on bonus of $25,000, relocation assistance up to $10,000, PSLF-eligible employer, comprehensive benefits, and visa sponsorship (J-1/H-1B).

Responsibilities

• Outpatient rheumatology care with broad case mix (RA, OA, SLE, gout, vasculitis, myositis, scleroderma, CREST, biologic management).

We are seeking a full-time Rheumatologist to join a growing, well-supported outpatient practice just southwest of Indianapolis. The incoming physician will play a key role in maintaining access, continuity of care, and supporting a busy infusion program.

Position Overview

• 100% outpatient rheumatology practice
• General Rheumatology with a broad case mix:
  • RA, OA, SLE, gout, vasculitis, myositis, scleroderma, CREST, biologic management, and more

Practice Highlights

• Established referral base
• Reasonable volumes
• Dedicated MA, RN, nursing staff, and infusion nurses

Schedule & Lifestyle

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time schedule based on a 4.5-day workweek
