Job summary

Lentech, Inc. is seeking a System Administrator to manage RedHat Linux virtual machines within a cloud infrastructure like AWS. Qualifications

• Active TS.SCI with FSP through MD.
• Experience applying system updates via yum or equivalent.
• Proven experience or knowledge of RedSeal Network Mapping tool.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains RedHat Linux virtual machines.
• Evaluates systems for IAVA compliance and applies security updates.
• Troubleshoots server issues.

Skills

Linux command line system administration

Experience working within a cloud environment

Scripting experience (Python/Perl)

Syslog/NxLog experience

Nagios or similar monitoring applications

Knowledge of software (Elasticsearch, Docker, Kubernetes, Nifi)

Experience applying system updates

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline

Ten years of experience as an SA
