Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli USA is seeking an Intercompany Planning Manager to oversee global intercompany planning, demand forecasting, and inventory balancing for the US network. This role partners with Finance, Logistics, and Commercial teams to ensure accurate transfer pricing, cost flows, and compliant operations.

The hybrid position requires three days on-site at our Stratham, NH office, with a focus on governance, KPI tracking, and process improvements across the Lindt US division.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in supply chain planning or intercompany operations.
• Strong understanding of global supply chain networks and transfer pricing.
• Proficiency with planning systems and ERP (SAP/IBP).
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end intercompany planning across US distribution network.
• Own intercompany S&OP and S&OE processes.
• Maintain intercompany demand signals and supply plans in planning systems.
• Drive continuous improvement of intercompany processes.
• Provide leadership and cross-functional communication.
