Job summary

ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead a Taco Bell unit in Newport, OR. You will supervise operations, train staff, and ensure cleanliness, hospitality, and high food quality while meeting service speed goals.

Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, maintaining staffing levels, and controlling costs. You’ll work to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and guest satisfaction across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train employees.
• Positive, friendly, courteous attitude.

Responsibilities

• Control costs (food, labor, cash and other expenses) according to company guidelines and budgets.
• Lead restaurant operations to improve sales through better service and food quality.
• Maintain staffing levels for all days and shifts.
• Hire, train, and evaluate crew, shift leaders, and assistant general managers.
• Coach and support staff to achieve certification and performance goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with sanitation regulations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Ensure safety of employees and guests and report maintenance needs.
