Job summary

CACIQUE FOODS, LLC is seeking a Manager, Revenue Growth Management to lead the analytical engine behind pricing, packing, promotions, and mix across cheese, crema, and chorizo. You will turn syndicated data and retailer insights into actionable price and trade strategies with executive visibility.

You will build tools in Excel and report insights via Power BI, collaborating across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to protect margins and accelerate profitable growth with top retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, economics, analytics, or related field.
• 4–7 years in revenue growth management, pricing, category management, trade strategy, or commercial finance.
• RGM fluency with three of four levers: pricing, PPA, trade promo optimization, and mix management.
• Advanced Excel and the ability to build auditable tools from scratch.
• Experience translating syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen) into commercial recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing architecture and elasticity, size price moves, and protect realized price.
• Design channel-right packs to grow category and margin.
• Measure promo ROI and reallocate trade investment.
• Develop RGM toolkit and dashboards; quantify lift and margin impact.
