Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a dynamic RFS Project Manager to plan, coordinate and execute projects across installations, promotions, new accounts and operational initiatives at our Louisville, KY site.

You will partner with VPROs and RFS Managers, manage timelines and budgets, produce reports, and travel up to 50% as needed. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; MS Office proficiency and a valid driver’s license are required.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and execution from start to finish.
• Partner with VPROs and RFS Managers to align on goals and priorities.
• Communicate updates, risks, and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Create, maintain, and analyze reports to ensure data accuracy and success.
• Monitor project budgets and adjust plans to meet targets.
• Support trade shows, presentations, and new business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Our services include micro-markets, full-line vending, office coffee (RFS), water solutions, pantry service, catering, and corporate dining.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized RFS Project Manager to support our Refreshment Services (coffee and water solutions) operations. This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of key projects including installations, promotions, new account openings, and operational initiatives.

As a critical partner to leadership, this role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with operational and financial goals.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and execution from start to finish
• Partner with VPROs and RFS Managers to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities
• Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to leadership and key stakeholders
• Conduct warehouse inspections to ensure operational and quality standards are met
• Create, maintain, and analyze reports to ensure data accuracy and project success
• Monitor project budgets and adjust plans as needed to meet financial targets
• Support trade shows, presentations, and new business initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
