Job summary

Novelis is seeking a Procurement Project Coordinator (Contract) to support a large R2R RFQ/RFI project in North America. You will help build a spend cube, coordinate supplier outreach, manage RFQ responses, and assist with pricing data in multiple ERP systems.

This contract runs roughly from October 5, 2026 to January 11, 2027, reporting to the MRO Category Manager. Strong data skills and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, finance, or business principles.
• Experience supporting sourcing or related projects and strong data analysis skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excel proficiency with pivot tables, data cleansing, sorting, and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare supplier data and templates for RFQ outreach and responses.
• Coordinate supplier contacts and outreach via project tools.
• Transmit RFQs, manage questions, and analyze responses in Excel / tools.
• Support Coupa eSourcing, SAP, Oracle, and pricing data uploads.
• Track progress, participate in meetings, and assist on savings reporting.
