Job summary

Novelis, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Procurement Project Coordinator (Contract) to support an R2R supplier RFQ/RFI project within North America. You will help build spend cubes, manage supplier data, and support pricing and award processes across 400 suppliers and roughly $80M in annual spend.

Responsibilities include data extraction, RFQ/RFI coordination, use of Smartsheet, Coupa eSourcing, SAP/Oracle pricing inputs, and collaboration with the Category Manager to drive savings

Qualifications

• Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, finance, or general business principles.
• Understanding of how organizations purchase goods and manage supplier relationships.
• Experience supporting or participating in sourcing or related business projects.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collect, validate, organize, and analyze large data sets.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, data cleansing, sorting and filtering, charts, and formulas.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
• Experience supporting projects with stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to track progress and follow up on action items.

Responsibilities

• Prepare supplier spend data and populate standard RFQ templates.
• Identify and confirm supplier contacts and coordinate outreach.
• Transmit requests, manage supplier questions, and process responses.
• Review results with the Category Manager and follow up with suppliers.
• Populate RFQ templates in Coupa eSourcing and analyze in Excel.
• Export Supplier Award Summary and Savings entries after RFQ finalization.
• Prepare supplier letter agreements and merge into PDFs for signature.
• Monitor signed returns and upload PDFs into Icertis; update pipeline savings reports.
• Upload pricing data into ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, Coupa, and MFG Pro.
• Participate in project-related meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
