HARDWICK LAW FIRM LLC is seeking a skilled RFP Specialist to manage the preparation of high-quality proposals. This full-time role requires exceptional writing, organization, and project management skills.

The ideal candidate will analyze RFP requirements, collaborate with attorneys and staff, and produce tailored submissions that reflect the firm’s capabilities. Preferred candidates will have experience in the legal industry and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This position offers competitive compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, Public Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience preparing proposals or RFP responses, ideally in the legal industry.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to analyze complex RFP documents.
• Strong project management skills, managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and preparation of responses to RFPs and RFQs.
• Manage the full proposal lifecycle.
• Draft, edit, and refine narrative responses addressing evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for proposal content.
• Ensure submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
