Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of technical writing experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and branding templates.
• Experience developing structured written materials and visuals.
• Ability to draft RFP sections with input from SMEs and leadership.
• Attention to detail to avoid missing requirements.
• Experience with SharePoint and project management tools (Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, Word, Access, Excel).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage high-priority projects.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Attend and facilitate meetings to gather language and details for RFPs.
• Develop RFPs including scope, technical requirements, staff, and deliverables.
• Draft business needs in the RFP.
• Identify mandatory requirements, page limits, formatting, and scoring criteria.
• Gather information from SMEs, past proposals, and leadership to ensure completeness.
• Assist management in obtaining responses for compliance.
• Collaborate with Medicaid Systems leadership to create and update RFPs.
• Other duties as assigned.
