Job summary

Invesco New York seeks a Global Database Analyst to maintain Firm AUM and Firm Personnel data, support external consultant databases, and help answer RFPs and external surveys. You will interact with internal data providers to ensure data quality and timely delivery.

The role also involves updating standard reports and creating visualization tools for the firm. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of related experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and skills in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related work experience; RFP experience preferred but not essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Communications/English/Liberal Arts or related field.
• Experience with MS Excel and SQL; knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.
• Ability to investigate and manipulate large amounts of data with strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collect and collate Firm level AUM and personnel data.
• Deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely data to external consultant databases and the Global RFP team.
• Ensure the consistency and integrity of the data collected.
• Updating of standard reports and visualization dashboards.
