Job summary

Invesco Real Estate in New York is seeking an Analyst for the Global RFP team to manage firm data and support responses to external consultant databases. You will ensure data accuracy and timely delivery to the RFP team, and help develop standard reports and visualizations.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience; a bachelor’s degree in economics/communications/english/liberal arts is preferred. Proficiency in Excel and SQL is expected, with knowledge of Power BI/Tableau a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years related work experience; RFP experience preferred but not essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Communications/English/Liberal Arts preferred.
• Experience with MS Excel and SQL; knowledge of data visualization a plus.
• Ability to investigate and manipulate large amounts of data from various sources under strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collect and collate Firm level AUM and personnel data.
• Deliver high-quality, accurate data to external consultant databases and to the Global RFP team.
• Ensure the consistency and integrity of the data collected.
• Updating of standard reports and visualization dashboards.
