You will complete RFPs/RFIs/DDQs, produce pitch books and marketing collateral, and manage CRM lifecycle while collaborating with investment and IR teams on fund and market analyses to aid fundraising and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a highly regarded institution.
• 2-4 years of experience in asset management, consulting or financial services' related marketing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior members in the firm.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and organize large data sets.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.

Responsibilities

A leading global private investment firm that has an AUM of over $200B is currently seeking an Investor Relations Analyst or Associate who will help support their private market investment strategies. This individual will sit in the firm's growing Boston office and work alongside senior investor relations professionals and investment teams and cover diligence, marketing, and reporting support for institutional investors. This role will also offer a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• This individual will be responsible for completing RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs and will have the opportunity to collaborate with internal investment and IR teams to produce pitch books, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Members on this team also have full management of the CRM lifecycle, and will be assisting with product management and reporting tools.
• This individual will also be performing fund, investor, and market-level analysis to support fundraising and client service efforts.
