Job summary

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Contract Management Specialist to join the Library Services (ILS) team in La Vergne, TN, just outside Nashville. The role focuses on writing and reviewing contracts, managing RFPs, and coordinating proformas. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract writing and pricing, with a strong attention to detail.

This is a hybrid position in the Greater Nashville area, with a salary range of $58,298 to $72,657 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or year-for-year experience.
• 2 years’ proposal or contract writing experience or 2 years’ Ingram Library Services experience
• 2 years’ business experience, including financial analysis and pricing

Responsibilities

• Proactively researches, compiles, and analyzes all financial and competitive information critical to preparing a written proposal response for bids worth up to $7 million.
• Develops, analyzes and proposes competitive and profitable pricing.
• Creates financial models that reflect proposed discounts and value-added services pricing to ensure attainment of company profit objectives.
• Creates and writes winning proposals through the use of boilerplate and customized responses to reflect the customer’s RFP requirements.
• Develops and maintains a project timeline for each response, ensuring milestone deliverables are met and overall project deadline is strictly adhered to.
• Completes necessary customer follow-up, administration of company discounts and pricing system, reporting, and database maintenance after the proposal award.
• Serves as contract administration representative providing knowledge to Account Managers and clients.
