Job summary

Walmart is seeking an RFID Analyst for our Inland Empire distribution center to analyze RFID read-rate data and identify portal performance issues. You will tune reader configurations and work with vendors on antenna optimization to support Walmart's company-wide RFID inventory visibility program.

The role requires hands-on experience with RFID infrastructure (Impinj or Zebra), strong data analysis skills, and the ability to communicate findings through clear reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of RFID system analysis or RF engineering experience.
• Data analysis of read-rate and tag performance metrics.
• Understanding of UHF RFID physics and interference factors.
• Experience with Impinj or Zebra RFID infrastructure.
• Report writing for stakeholder communication.
