Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. in Seattle, WA seeks an RFID Solutions Engineer to lead end-to-end RFID programs for JWO customers, bridging product, engineering, and operations to define optimal in-store and back-of-house solutions.

You will analyze business needs, stay current on RFID capabilities, and drive scalable processes while presenting roadmaps to leadership; travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
• 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional organization with customer delivery.
• Experience in defining standardized processes and scalable software tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business/operational needs of JWO’s RFID customers across current verticals.
• Stay current on RFID product features, benefits, constraints, and limitations.
• Provide RFID solutions with quantitative before/after data.
• Adhere to and improve store configuration and launch processes with sales and implementation teams.
• Identify gaps in RFID product offerings and escalate to product team.
• Present learnings and roadmaps to senior leadership.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
