Job summary

Hana Technologies Inc. in Solon, Ohio is seeking an Electrical Test Technician to support RFID product manufacturing through detailed inline and offline RF test characterization and failure analysis to drive product improvements.

You will execute test plans, operate equipment such as Voyantic and Hana developed test systems, and collaborate across manufacturing teams while following ESD and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering or test equipment.
• Experience with RFID applications is preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and basic math aptitude.
• Follows detailed instructions and safety protocols (ESD, gowning).

Responsibilities

• Drive validation tasks at various launch stages.
• Execute test plans for RFID product functionality and reliability.
• Evaluate equipment and tooling to support manufacturing processes.
• Evaluate, purchase, and install RF test equipment.
• Support failure analysis to drive product improvements.
