Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering required.
• RFID experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience in microelectronics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Electrical Engineer supporting RFID & other product lines.
• Drive validation tasks at various launch stages.
• Organize & execute test plans for functionality and reliability of RFID products.
• Coordinate tech resources for test setup, component validation & data collection.
• Using CAD software to create test system fixtures or improvements.
• Supports field troubleshooting calls for RFID & Hana products.
• Overseeing start of manufacturing process to ensure productivity and safety.
• Testing and reporting of new product designs for manufacturing and reliability.
• Selecting equipment and tooling to support manufacturing processes.
• Evaluate, purchase, and install RF test equipment.
• Lead failure analysis to drive product improvements.

Position Summary

Work collaboratively to meet goals for the design and creation of products contributing to the overall success of Hana. Develop inline and offline RF test characterization processes to support the manufacturing of RFID products.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Previous experience in RFID applications as Functional Test or RF Engineer preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience (microelectronic manufacturing preferred).
