Job summary

Qualifications

• RFID experience in functional test or RF engineering preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience (microelectronic manufacturing preferred).
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Electrical Engineer supporting RFID & other product lines.
• Drive validation tasks at various launch stages.
• Organize & execute test plans for functionality and reliability of RFID products.
• Coordinate tech resources for test setup, component validation & data collection.
• Using CAD software to create test system fixtures or improvements.
• Supports field troubleshooting calls related to RFID & other Hana products.
• Overseeing the start of manufacturing process to ensure productivity and safety.
• Testing and reporting of new product designs for manufacturing and reliability.
• Selecting equipment and tooling to support manufacturing processes.
• Evaluate, purchase, and install RF test equipment.
• Lead failure analysis process to drive product improvements.
