Job summary

AWT Labels & Packaging is seeking a Quality Control Finisher to inspect RFID label products and ensure compliance with customer specifications. You will perform visual and functional RFID testing, document results, and help maintain production quality throughout finishing processes.

Qualifications

Basic computer skills and ability to learn RFID testing software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
Ability to read work orders, specifications, and production documents.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Inspect RFID labels throughout production to verify customer specs and quality standards.
Perform visual inspections for print quality, die-cut accuracy, and RFID data integrity.
Verify RFID inlays and encoded data function properly using testing equipment.
Review production paperwork and customer specs to ensure requirements are met.
Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Assist with machine setup and material handling as needed.
Meet production schedules and collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
