Responsibilities

• RFID Scan Gun Guru: manage check-ins and check-outs, logging equipment with accuracy.
• Inventory Wizard: track scan gun usage, condition, and location.
• Customer Support Star: assist team members with scan guns and troubleshooting.
• System Updates Sensei: keep records in the system up to date.
• Maintenance Magician: report and fix RFID gun glitches; keep gear in top shape.
• Procedure Perfectionist: follow established procedures to the letter.
• Shipping Sidekick: help clear outbound tote lines with the shipping team.
• Muscle Maven: lift/move totes and equipment up to 30 lbs.
