Job summary

Flexo-Graphics, part of the Inovar Packaging Group, is seeking a detail-oriented RFID Finishing Operator to set up and run RFID machinery and finishing equipment on the 2nd shift. The role requires handling multiple machines, including inlay insertion and encoding equipment, with a willingness to learn new processes.

Experience with RFID is preferred but not required; applicants with general machine operation or thermal transfer printing experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RFID experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with thermal transfer printing or finishing equipment is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and execute daily production orders to meet customer requirements.
• Set up and operate RFID finishing machinery and related equipment.
• Run thermal transfer printers and ensure accurate label formatting.
• Maintain RFID encoding accuracy and proper inlay registration.
• Record production times, quantities, and notes in logs.
• Keep equipment clean and operating at peak condition.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
