Qualifications

• Working on RF circuit design for mm-wave applications.
• Enrolled in an accredited BS/MS/PhD program in Electrical Engineering.
• Familiar with RF design tools and EM solvers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing mm-wave amplifiers and switches in GaAs or GaN as standalone ICs and in modules.
• Perform linear, non-linear, and EM simulations using available tools.
• Prepare and present design reviews to peers detailing work and results.
• Measure RF performance of modules and MMICs in the lab.
• Assist engineers with laminate package characterization and probe testing.
