Broadcom is seeking a CMOS RFIC Design Engineer to design, develop, and productize RF building blocks in CMOS processes. You will provide technical leadership across product definition, architecture, system and transistor-level circuit design, layout supervision, lab debug, and production support.
You will collaborate with test, product, system, modeling, and application engineers to deliver high‑quality RF solutions for wireless connectivity applications.
We are seeking a CMOS RFIC Design Engineer. In this impactful role, you will be part of the Broadcom wireless connectivity radio team to design, develop, and productize RF building blocks in CMOS processes. Candidate will provide technical leadership in all phases of the product development, including product definition, architecture, system, transistor-level circuit design, layout/layout supervision, lab debug, and production support.
The annual base salary range for this position is USD 109,700.00 to USD 175,500.00.
