Job summary

Broadcom is seeking a CMOS RFIC Design Engineer to design, develop, and productize RF building blocks in CMOS processes. You will provide technical leadership across product definition, architecture, system and transistor-level circuit design, layout supervision, lab debug, and production support.

You will collaborate with test, product, system, modeling, and application engineers to deliver high‑quality RF solutions for wireless connectivity applications.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD with relevant experience in RFIC design in CMOS.
• Strong skills in Cadence simulations and lab debugging.
• Experience with RF tuning and RF measurement instrumentation.

Job Description

We are seeking a CMOS RFIC Design Engineer. In this impactful role, you will be part of the Broadcom wireless connectivity radio team to design, develop, and productize RF building blocks in CMOS processes. Candidate will provide technical leadership in all phases of the product development, including product definition, architecture, system, transistor-level circuit design, layout/layout supervision, lab debug, and production support.

Job Requirements

• Strong experience in design and development of RF building blocks in CMOS technologies.
• Strong circuit simulation skills utilizing Cadence Design Environment.
• Strong problem solving and lab debugging skills; hands‑on experience in RF tuning and using RF instruments.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams, including test engineers, product engineers, system engineers, modeling engineers, and application engineers.
• Experience/Education Requirements: Master’s degree and 6+ years of related experience, or PhD and 3+ years of experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is USD 109,700.00 to USD 175,500.00.
