Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 3+ years in RF/analog design.
• Strong knowledge of LNAs, PAs, PLL/VCO/DCO/LOGEN blocks and calibration.
• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre RF, Matlab and EM simulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide RFIC designs for wireless SoCs and drive them to mass production.
• Design radio transceiver building blocks (TX/RX/PLL-LOGEN) and perform feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with RF Systems on specs, margins, and calibration methods.
• Work with RFIC test engineers to tune and verify silicon measurements.
