About The Role
The RFE Associate Attorney is responsible for preparing and overseeing responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), and Notices of Intent to Revoke (NOIRs) related to family and humanitarian-based immigration applications. This role serves as a legal resource for staff attorneys and non-attorney team members. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in family and humanitarian-based immigration law and a passion for helping undocumented immigrants legalize their status. The attorney will advise and represent clients regarding their legal rights in immigration matters.
