Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related technical discipline.
• Experience in RF networking and wireless communications is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, commission, and optimize RF networks to meet requirements.
• Perform RF planning, propagation analysis, coverage modeling, site surveys.
• Configure, test, validate devices and support deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot RF, networking, and performance issues using field data.
• Monitor performance and propose improvements for reliability and coverage.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Delivery, Support, Sales and customers.
• Support meetings, pilots, proposals, and deployment activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and deployment standards.
