Job summary

Wing Group is seeking an RF Welding Operator to join our manufacturing team in Jacksonville, FL. You will operate RF welding equipment to weld life vests and related products, log production data, inspect seams, and ensure quality.

The role supports material handling, defect logging, and routine maintenance of machines. The ideal candidate has basic RF welding experience, understands quality control, and can work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic experience operating RF welding machines or similar equipment.
• Knowledge of welding techniques and quality control procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate RF welding equipment to weld life vests and related products according to procedures.
• Maintain records of machine settings, materials used, and weld quality.
• Inspect seams for integrity and perform tests to ensure standards.
• Address machine issues, perform routine cleaning, needle changes, and minor repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow safety protocols.
• Assist in training new RF welding associates and suggest process improvements.
