Job summary

RFD Beaufort, Inc. seeks a skilled operator to use RF and heat welding machines for fabric and plastic assembly in manufacturing processes. The role involves identifying faults, interpreting work instructions, and ensuring documentation accuracy.

The position requires at least a High School education and may prefer prior RF/heat welding experience. You will work with various solvents and industrial equipment in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School education or equivalent required.
• RF and heat welding machine experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify faults in fabric and ensure quality.
• Operate RF and heat welding machines to assemble fabrics and plastics.
• Complete documentation such as Work Orders and Cut Records.
• Interpret drawings and instructions to weld materials per requirements.
• Maintain awareness of ISO9001:2015 and MED standards.
• Notify supervisor of possible risks to meeting production requirements.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs is required.
• Work with solvents, adhesives and industrial equipment as part of projects.
