  • Ability to follow written work instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Operate industrial sewing, seam sealing, and welding equipment under supervision.
  • Sew and tape basic dry suit components according to work instructions.
  • Inspect materials and finished products for visible defects.
  • Follow military product specifications and production procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
  • Complete required production and quality documentation.
  • Support team members and assist with additional production duties as assigned.

JOB PURPOSE

The Taping Associate I is responsible for learning and performing basic sewing, seam taping, and welding operations used in the manufacturing of military dry suits and technical garments. This entry‑level role works under supervision while developing technical production skills and understanding quality and safety standards.
