Job summary

Dexter is seeking a Warehouse Worker to perform receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping in a distribution setting. You will use an RF/RFI gun to track inventory and support efficient workflows, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or distribution environments preferred.
• Experience using an RF scanner/RFI gun strongly preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer or WMS familiarity.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Use RF/RFI gun to scan, track, and verify product movement throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders according to company standards.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by staging, palletizing, wrapping, and labeling products.
• Maintain accurate records in warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Organize stock in assigned locations and replenish pick locations as needed.
• Follow OSHA safety rules and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
