Job summary

Dexter in Sparta, Tennessee is seeking a Warehouse Worker to perform essential distribution tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will use an RF/RFI gun to track inventory, pick and pack orders, and support receiving and shipping processes.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use an RF/RFI gun to scan, track, and verify product movement throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders according to company standards.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Ensure correct labeling, documentation, and scanning of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by staging, palletizing, wrapping, and labeling products.
• Maintain accurate records in warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Organize stock in assigned warehouse locations, ensuring clean and efficient workspace flow.
• Replenish pick locations as necessary based on production and shipping needs.
• Follow all warehouse safety rules and OSHA guidelines.
