Job summary

Dexter is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Sparta, TN to perform receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will use an RF/RFI gun to track inventory and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience using an RF scanner strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer or WMS familiarity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Use an RF/RFI gun to scan, track, and verify product movement throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders according to company standards.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Ensure correct labeling, documentation, and scanning of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by staging, palletizing, wrapping, and labeling products.
• Maintain accurate records in warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, or other warehouse equipment as required.
