Job summary

Colder Products Company (CPC) is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform order picking, packing, and stocking duties onsite in Roseville, MN. You will use RF scanners, operate warehouse equipment, and keep inventory accurate within the ERP system.

The role emphasizes safety and continuous improvement practices in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Candidates should have basic reading/writing skills, attention to detail, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing skills required.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Attendance and punctuality must meet standards.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of 5S/LEAN preferred.
• Experience with Oracle and RF scanning preferred.
• Experience operating warehouse vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use RF scanner to pick customer orders.
• Box and prepare shipments with Shipping team.
• Put away and replenish product; assist with Order Kitting.
• Stock and put away from Production floor and cleanroom.
• Operate VLM to pick and put away orders.
• Operate WAV, Reach Truck, Pallet Jack.
• Navigate ERP system and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
