Job summary

Colder Products Company in Roseville, MN is hiring for a Warehouse Associate. You will use RF scanning to pick orders, box shipments, and coordinate with receiving and production teams. You will stock, replenish, and operate multiple warehouse vehicles and an ERP system to maintain inventory accuracy.

The role requires basic reading/writing, attention to detail, and reliable attendance. Overtime may be required; prior warehouse experience and Oracle/RF scanner familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Must maintain acceptable attendance, punctuality, and working relationships.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Previous warehouse-related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of 5S/LEAN methodologies preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Prior experience using Oracle preferred.
• Prior RF Scanner experience preferred.
• Experience operating warehouse industrial vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use RF scanner to pick customer orders.
• Box and prepare shipments with Shipping team.
• Put away and replenish product with Receiving team; assist with Order Kitting.
• Stock and put away products from Production floor and cleanroom.
• Operate Vertical Lift Module (VLM) to pick and put away orders.
• Operate WAV, Reach Truck, and pallet jacks as needed.
• Navigate ERP system and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities.
• Maintain accurate records and follow procedures.
• Contribute to a clean and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
