Job summary

Colder Products Company (CPC) in Roseville, Minnesota, is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a full-time onsite role. You will use RF scanners to pick orders, assist with shipping and receiving, and help replenish inventory. You’ll work with ERP systems to maintain accuracy and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The position requires basic reading/writing, attention to detail, and reliability. Prior warehouse experience and knowledge of RF scanning, Oracle, and warehouse vehicles are

Qualifications

• Reading and writing skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and good organization.
• Good attendance, punctuality and ability to work overtime.
• Prior warehouse-related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of 5S/LEAN methodologies preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience using RF scanners and Oracle is preferred.
• Experience operating warehouse vehicles (WAV, reach truck, pallet jack) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use RF scanner to pick customer orders.
• Box and prepare shipments with the Shipping team.
• Receive, put away, and replenish product; assist with order kitting.
• Stock and organize products from production areas; cleanroom handling as needed.
• Operate VLM to pick and put away orders; handle warehouse vehicles.
