Job summary

Colder Products Company (CPC) in Roseville, Minnesota is hiring a Warehouse Associate. You will use RF scanners to pick orders, box shipments, and assist with receiving and replenishment, while stocking production and cleanroom areas.

You’ll operate various warehouse vehicles and an ERP system to keep inventory accurate. This onsite, full‑time role requires basic reading/writing, strong attention to detail, organization, and good communication.

• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Previous warehouse-related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of 5S/LEAN methodologies preferred.

• Prior experience using RF scanners preferred.
• Experience operating warehouse industrial vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use RF scanner to pick customer orders.
• Box and prepare shipments.
• Assist receiving to put away and replenish product and help with order kitting.
• Stock and put away products from production floor and cleanroom.
• Operate VLM to pick and put away orders.
• Operate warehouse vehicles (WAV, Reach Truck, pallet jacks).
• Navigate ERP system and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Participate in 5S and Continuous Improvement activities.
