Job summary

Carroll's, LLC d/b/a NTW is hiring for a full-time Distribution Center Associate in the West Sacramento area. The role supports warehouse operations, including RF scanning, order fulfillment, and receiving activities to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

The starting pay is $20.00-$20.47 per hour, with 0-1 year of experience preferred. The position may require up to 25% travel and offers benefits and growth opportunities within a large distribution network.

Qualifications

• RF scanners experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE (Material Handling Equipment) safely and efficiently.
• Unload, store, and pick products and maintain warehouse organization.
• Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
• Support operations to optimize customer service and DC profitability.
• Complete MHE reports in accordance with policy.
