Job summary

Skyworks is seeking a Validation Engineer (VE) Co-op for the Mobile Solutions Business unit in Newbury Park, CA. You will support high-volume power amplifier products and sub-systems, assist with test setup, data collection and analysis, and help optimize module performance with the design team.

The six-month program runs June to December 2027. Ideal candidates are self-starters pursuing BSEE/MSEE with RF focus, with hands-on lab debugging and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Circuit simulation with Agilent ADS or spectreRF.
• Understanding RF impedance matching and related concepts.
• Self-starter and team player with on-the-job learning.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up tests with a senior VE and collect data.
• Perform lab testing using RF equipment and analyze data.
• Assist design engineers to optimize matching circuits for module performance.
